You can start any course immediately after purchase. All courses are available online, with no fixed start dates.

Do I need to install anything to take a course?

No installation is required to view lessons – all e-learning takes place online in your web browser.
However, you may need to download the software used in the course.

Can I watch the lessons on my phone or tablet?

Yes, you can watch lessons on any smartphone or mobile device with an internet connection.

Can I download the lessons?

Lessons are always available online, but cannot be downloaded.

I’ve completed a course, but it doesn’t show as finished. What should I do?

To mark a course as complete, all lessons and quizzes must be marked as completed.
You can check which lessons are done by making sure the icons to the left of the titles are green in the navigation panel.

First, try restarting your browser. If that doesn’t help, restart your computer and try a different browser.

My downloaded Excel files open in the browser – why?

By default, Microsoft Edge opens Office files in the browser.
To turn this off, go to Settings > Downloads and disable “Open Office files in the browser.”

Can I complete the exercises directly in the browser?

In some cases, yes. However, we recommend downloading the files, as browser versions of Excel have limited functionality compared to the desktop version.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password by going to “My Account” and then selecting “Settings.”
You can also reset your password by clicking “Log in” and then “Forgot your password?”

Where can I find my courses?

Go to “My Account” and select “My Courses.”
There you can also see your course progress, course details, certificates, and how much access time you have left.

How can I check when my course access ends?

Go to “My Account”. In the left-hand menu, you’ll see all your courses along with their access expiration dates.

My courses don’t appear when I log in. Why?

First, make sure you’ve logged in with the correct email address.
If your courses still don’t appear and you only have one account registered with Learnesy, please contact support@learnesy.com.

I received a registration link. Should I use it every time I log in?

No. The registration link is only used once to create your user account and assign the correct courses.
After that, just use the regular login page to access your account.

Questions About Course Certificates

How do I download my certificate as a PDF?

Open your certificate via the “Diploma” button or under “My Account”. Then click “As PDF” to download a copy.

What if the name on my certificate is incorrect?

You can update your name by going to “My Account” → “Settings.”
If the issue persists, contact support@learnesy.com.

Can I share my certificate on social media?

Yes! You can share your certificate via Facebook or LinkedIn using the “Share Certificate” option.
