For how long do I have access to the course?
The prices on the website refer to full access to the courses for 12 months. If you would like to have longer access to the course than 12 months, contact us and we will help you with a solution.
Do I get a certificate when I have finalized the course?
Yes! After you have completed the course, you can download the diploma yourself. Navigate to “My courses” and click on the course you have completed100%. Click on the button “Download certificate”.
Can I continue to watch the videos after I have passed the exams and received the certificate?
Yes, after you receive your course certificate, you can continue to repeat the assignments and watch the lesson unlimited times during the subscription period.

What version of Office program are the videos recorded in?
The videos are recorded in Office 2019 and work wells for everyone with Office 2007/2010/2016/365.
Do I need to install something?
No. There is no installation required to watch the videos, all e-learning is done online via a web browser. However, to be able to pass the quizzes, you will need the Office package. You can solve this by either borrowing a computer that has the Office package installed and sign in to your user account, or by subscribing to MS Office for 65 SEK/month which you do by following this link.
Can I download assignment files?
Yes, all assignments are downloadable and free to use.
Can I watch the videos from my mobile and tablet?
Yes, you can watch the videos on all smartphones and other mobile devices with internet connection.
Can I download the videos?
The video films are available at any time online, but the videos cannot be downloaded.
I have issues with watching the lessons and downloading the exercises
Try to resolve the issue by restarting your web browser first. If you continue to experience problems, we recommend you restart your computer and test another web browser. If you still can’t watch the lessons or download exercise files, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a print screen.
I have bought a course package but cannot see my courses – When do I get access?
Within 24h after your purchase we will give you access to all the courses in the package. Sign in and click on “My Account” and then select the language in which the courses are in and you will see your courses.
My subscription period has expired – How do I renew it?
Go to our courses and click on “Take this course” and fill in your payment details. Within 24 hours you will have a renewed 12 month access to your course.
I cannot find the courses that I should have access to

I have finalized a course, but it says that I have not completed 100%
In order for a course to be marked as completed, all lessons need to be marked as completed. Under video lessons you will find the button “Mark as done”.
My name is misspelled in my diploma
