General Conditions of Purchase
These terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.learnesy.com. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Learnesy AB, org. nr 556990-3619, Birger Sjöbergs väg 3, 112 54 Stockholm (hereinafter “Learnesy” or “we”).
Learnesy sells online courses via www.learnesy.com. By making a purchase, you agree to Learnesy’s terms of purchase. You also agree that any name, personal data and any registration number will be registered in Learnesys Customer register. Learnesy reserves the right for any errors in the course information.
By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions before using our site.
Course Structure and content
Learnesy’s courses are conducted through a web-based training platform. Once you have ordered a course, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided in the order, and your login details are activated after we can see that we have received payment. In the learning platform you have your place of study with videos, quizzes and files that you download to help understand the videos. To carry out the distance course, access to computer equipment and the Internet is required.
Buy
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If there is any error in the order, please contact us immediately by email to kontakt@learnesy.com or call + 46 704-568680
Rates
Prices are in the same currency as the language of the course you are ordering. The final price includes VAT of 25% in Sweden. We reserve the right to price changes caused by errors in prices due to inaccurate information and reserve the rights to adjust the price. For the payment to be accepted, the payer is required to be of legal age, i.e. over 18 years.
Payment method
By Invoice
To pay by invoice, click on “Invoice Customer” at the bottom of the page where you register, invoice is sent out to the address you have entered in the form.
If you want more than one license, we recommend paying by invoice. If this is the case, please contact by phone or email. Even if you only want a license, it is also possible to pay by invoice. We activate the user account after an agreement has been made.
Payment terms at this payment option are 15 days. In case of late payment, the reminder fee is based on the amount permitted by law at present 50 SEK and interest on late payments with 24% + applicable reference rate. The invoice is your receipt.
With payment card (debit/credit card)
You want to pay by card, tick the box for card payment.
You will then be temporarily sent to a secure page where you register your card details. Learnesy does not store any card details, it is stored instead with our card payment provider which is the same company that delivers payment solution to e.g. Uber, Spotify, and Netflix.
We activate the user account once payment is confirmed.
Information about the Personal Data Act (PUL)
We do not store your customer data for any purpose other than the fulfillment of your order. We follow the Personal Data Act since it was enacted 1998. You may at any point request rectification, excerpts and that we remove your data from our records. Read more about the Personal Data Act here.
Right to Withdraw
Both companies and individuals have a general statutory 14 day right of withdrawal from the receipt of order confirmation. When using the right of withdrawal, the full amount is refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days from the receipt by Learnesy of written notice that the customer regrets the purchase.
Cookies
By law, visitors to a website for privacy purposes should be informed about the use of cookies. It is possible to use the information within a cookie to follow a user’s surfing. Cookies are small text files that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically deny cookies. In order to keep track of, among other things, login and customer basket, we use cookies (session cookies) that are stored on the visitor’s computer.
