hereinafter referred to as “Learnesy”, “we” or “us”.
Learnesy provides digital online courses via a web-based learning platform.
By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Course Access and Content
Learnesy courses are delivered via an online learning platform.
After completing your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided.
Access to the platform is activated once payment has been registered.
Access to the course is granted for a period of twelve (12) months from the activation date.
After the contract period expires, you will retain access to your account and certificate, but access to the course content, videos and learning materials will be terminated.
To attend the course, you need access to a computer and an internet connection.
Orders and Purchases
Once your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent by email.

Pricing
Prices are stated in the currency corresponding to the language of the course.
All prices include applicable taxes and VAT where relevant.
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old.
Learnesy reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Payment
We accept payment by card or invoice.
For card payments, your card details are processed by a third-party payment provider.
Learnesy does not store any card information.
For invoice payments, the payment term is 30 days.
In case of late payment, a reminder fee may be charged in accordance with applicable law, as well as default interest of 24% plus the applicable reference rate.
The invoice serves as your receipt.
Contract Term and Automatic Renewal
Access to the service is provided for a fixed term of twelve (12) months from the activation date.
Unless the subscription is terminated at least one (1) month before the end of the current term, the agreement will automatically renew for a new twelve (12) month period at the then applicable price and terms.

Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase
Private consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Business customers do not have any statutory right of withdrawal.
However, Learnesy voluntarily offers a 14-day open purchase period also for legal entities as a service measure.
User Rights and Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including videos, texts, graphics and course materials, is the property of Learnesy or its licensors.
The content may not be copied, distributed, resold or made available to third parties without Learnesy’s prior written consent.
The license is personal and intended for one (1) individual user.
Support and Service Availability
Support is primarily provided via email.
In specific cases, support may also be provided by telephone or online meeting.
Learnesy strives to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform.
Temporary service interruptions, technical issues or maintenance do not entitle the user to compensation or damages.
Processing of Personal Data
Learnesy processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is processed for the purpose of delivering the service, managing customer accounts and providing support.
You have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Cookies
The website uses cookies in order to enable functionality such as login and shopping cart functionality.
You may configure your browser to block cookies if you wish.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court, Sweden as the court of first instance.
